Good value
This is a very modest motel but it fit our needs perfectly for an overnight. Clean room and friendly staff! Good restaurant very close by. Wifi was a plus that we really didn’t expect. Very close to the park!
Three C’s
This motel meets the 3 C’s: Clean, Comfortable and Convenient. It’s close to Acadia National Park entrance. Quiet motel with a friendly helpful staff. You can catch the FREE bus next door to go downtown Bar Harbor and back (takes 15 minutes). The pulled pork at the BBQ restaurant (Mainely Meats) next door is good. The ice cream is the BEST! I would stay here again.
Cool and Quiet
Acadia N.P. during shoulder season is like having it all to yourself!
Cold mornings and cool days make for a perfect hiking vacation.
Acadia Pines is less than a mile from downtown Bar Harbor, so we never had to drive into town!
The rooms (or suites, actually) surprised us with a huge rear second bedroom, which served us as our staging room…hiking gear, clothes, hikers, etc., while giving us the front room as our undisturbed getaway room.
The free continental breakfast was very good.
Great Motel
Great little motel with good family restaurant and elaborate miniature golf course across the street. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable and good wifi. Reservations for one night but ended up staying two to do more sightseeing at nearby Acadia National Park.
Comfortable room, Good value, Good location, Friendly staff
We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and the king bed was very comfortable. We were close to Acadia and not far from Bar Harbor. The cost was very reasonable. We would stay there again.
Great room – Friendly staff
We were very pleased with our stay at Acadia Pines. Our room was very clean, well lit and quiet. The king sized bed was comfortable and we found the staff to be very helpful with our booking request. The smalll refrigerator was an added bonus
Definitely highly recommended
Very satisfied family of 5. Perfect location, just 5 min from entrance to Acadia National Park, mini golf, and restaurant in walking distance. Fully equipped with kitchen and all you need for your comfortable stay. Fire pit outside for your camp out dinners, heated pool, and friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights. Highly recommended!
A great trip
I was skeptical of staying in a motel- but after reading the reviews of this place my family and I decided to give it a whirl. I am SO glad we did. This place is awesome, the staff – katie, Megan and amy were kind, helpful, warm, hospital and amazing. I am confident that we will spend many more summers visiting the Acadia Pines- I would highly recommend staying here!!
